Lucy's Market is quite possibly the best find in Atlanta. It is truly spots like this that make a small town girl like me feel the most at home in a big city. Tucked in the corner of a small shopping center off of West Paces Ferry (across the street from the Whole Foods and adjacent to the St. Regis), this off-the-beaten-path, year-round farmer's market is marked with just a hand-painted, unassuming sign. Places like this make me fall in love all over again with Atlanta. Lucy's offers a variety of everchanging goodies and treats...fresh produce (only the freshest from local farmers), seasonal items & decor (now, you will find gorgeous Christmas wreaths and topiaries), pre-prepared meals (soups from Mad Mama Gourmet, pimento cheese and the best chicken pot pie ever!), breads & sweets, jams & jellies, great hostess gifts, the list goes on and on.
Two of the walls are chalkboards...such a clever and creative way to change up the look of the market based on what they are offering.
How adorable is this reindeer topiary?
Painted pallets are used throughout the space as signage. Isn't that just the cutest way to be resourceful? It is so appropriate.
I'm dying over this Boxwood wreath and bow below. Great ribbon and the wreath is so lush.
The store looks great bursting at the seams with holiday decor. Trust me, you will want everything you see! These little bird's nests below would look perfect on any Christmas tree. Don't you love the display?
Don't miss stopping into Lucy's Market this holiday season...you will be thankful for a place that is as original and down-to-earth as they come!
Check out and "like" their Facebook page, too!
