I am both elated and a little sad to say that Josh and I are getting ready to put our current home on the market. The great news is that we are only moving a couple streets away, and we will have more space in the next house. The sad side is that I love the first home we've made together. It has truly been our starter home and holds so many great memories...we got engaged in this house! Actually, I still have the bow that was around Buster's neck when Josh proposed on the inside of the front door knob. That will have a place in our new house :) Enjoy the house tour through pictures, and please share if you know anyone looking for a place in the popular Ashford Park area of Atlanta! Obviously we love the neighborhood enough to stick around...it's pretty great!

The open floor plan is what I love most about this house. You don't see an open plan in many older homes. The living room is on the front of the house - great natural light!
The dining room looks right into the entry/living room. French doors that lead you to a wooden deck in the back yard allow for lots of light.
The kitchen opens right into the dining room. There is a decently sized pantry cabinet for great storage. I have really loved the recessed lighting in the kitchen. There is a sunroom/office off of the kitchen as well.

The backyard is great in this house. Fully fenced in and backs up to brand new homes.
